This policy explains what personal information Storeframe collects through this website, why, and what your rights are under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who we are

Storeframe is the data controller for information collected through storeframe.co.uk. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@storeframe.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us, such as your business name, website, budget and project details.

When you email us: your email address and the contents of your message.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice the project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a request you made) and, once we agree to work together, contract.

Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and runs Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. Turnstile does not use cookies for advertising. Cloudflare’s AI service also reads each enquiry once to filter out sales pitches; it isn’t stored or used to train models.
  • Resend delivers the email notification when you submit the form.
  • Google Workspace hosts our email.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t turn into a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for six years after a project ends, as required for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email hello@storeframe.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
