The brief
Oak & Ember sell solid oak tables and sideboards, made to order. Their old store looked like every other furniture template, and customers kept emailing the same questions before buying: how long delivery takes, what the wood looks like up close, whether it will fit.
What we did
We rebuilt the product page around those questions. Delivery times sit next to the price, close-up photography sits above the fold, and a dimensions panel shows the piece against a person for scale.
It’s built on a premium theme with custom sections on top, so the team can rearrange pages without touching code.
The result
Fewer pre-sale emails, more confident buyers, and a store that loads fast on a phone in a showroom with bad signal.
